SMC strengthening
Identified the active persons for school management committee from the community then formed SMC and after that organized training for the SMC members to strengthen them on RTE and its effectually implementation.

Enrolment & retention
Aware the community people on important of education through different kind of activities like door to door visit, community meeting, group discussion, rally etc for ensuring of 100% enrolment and retention at school.

Mainstreaming
Mainstreaming the drop out children and never go to school children through different kind of awareness program and organized educational camps etc.

Coordination with Govt. department
Build coordination with government education department for smoothly implementation of inclusive quality education through Sarva Siksha Aviyan.

Networking and Advocacy
Networking with the other CBOs, NGOs and government department for proper implementation of inclusive quality education through government education system and do advocacy for maintain teacher student ratio, proper infrastructure of school as per SSA rule, recruitment of new teacher in vacant post, proper utilization of TLM and SLM.
