Village Development Committees (VDC)
Mahan Seva Sansthan promotes “Village Development Committees” (VDC) that are constituted by local representatives from all classes of society living in the village and give their voluntary support for village development.
They are accountable for monitoring and supporting all the development activities running in their respective villages. VDC meetings are conducted on monthly basis and/or need basis. VDC take proposals for activities to be executed, discussions on building linkages with government and action plan prepare in its monthly meetings. VDCs are playing decisive role in planning, management and implementation of programmes and projects at village level. They are also responsible for sustainability of transparent practices.

Jagruk Manch (Awareness Forum)
Jagruk Manch comprises of representatives from VDCs, government officials and PRIs to maintain a better co-ordination of various development agencies with the community. Jagruk Manch plays the key role in empowering the Panchayat of people.
With help of Jagruk Manch, Mahan Seva Sansthan organizes different meetings at different levels of the Panchayat to aware people about different programmes of the government. It furnishes the effort to identify the Panchayat level problems and its solutions through public participation.
It addresses different issues to the Ward and Gram sabha and creates an atmosphere for the immediate solutions of those issues. Jagruk Manch plays as the watchdog of all the works of the government in the Panchayat. Identify the real and needy families and persons to get different social security provisions provided by the government.

Manav Vikas Manch (Human Development Forum)
Manav Vikas Manch is a collaboration of different CBOs formed at Block level. With help of Manav Seva Sansthan; elected representatives from VDCs, SHGs, Jagruk Manch are running the Manav Vikas Manch.
Manav Vikas Munch has established linkages with such other forums in other districts and states. Active participation of members in the decision making process and their commitment towards democratic principle has enabled the sustainability and the self reliance of the Manch.
Manav Vikas Manch provides a platform to promote linkages with various government schemes and programmes. MSS provides support to poor and marginalized segments on  Block level through this. It mainly focuses on the equality and the justice to the grass-root level people and involves them in the mainstream development of the society.
